a) Graduation Criteria

1) The Candidate should have a B.E / B.Tech degree in any discipline (CSE/ECE/IT/EEE/TELECOM/M.E/EIE/IE/IS  etc).

2) Engineering candidates who have passed out and have only one year or less of gap after their graduation are eligible to apply.

3) The graduation should be Full-Time course done from colleges or universities recognized by Central/State government of India.

b) Academic Criteria

1) Zoho does not have any percentage criteria (Interest towards programming is the only criteria).

2) A maximum gap of 1 year is permissible after 12th standard and not after 10th or in between semesters of graduation.

Zoho Careers have specified the Zoho Recruitment Process for Freshers. Zoho conducts 5-7 rounds to select freshers in their organization. Aspirants are expected to perform well in all the Zoho Recruitment Process stages to be able to clear the Placement.

Zoho can conduct the placement process in two ways one is On-Campus drive and the other is the Off-Campus drive. The rounds are almost the same for both of them except Off-Campus drive has two extra technical HR rounds and two extra General HR rounds.

Zoho Written Round (Aptitude)

Unlike other companies, the questions asked in this round are not MCQs. The aptitude round of the Zoho recruitment process is divided into two sections.

Section 1 consists of general aptitude questions that can be easily answered if the candidate is strong in basics. A candidate should answer 25 questions in 1 and half an hour.

Right after the first section ends, the question paper for section 2 is given. Section 2 consists of purely technical questions. The questions are from C, C++, and SQL. The candidate should answer 10 objective questions in 1 hour. Generally, the candidates have to write the output or direct answers.

Zoho Programming Round

The second round of the recruitment process is coding. In this round, the candidate is provided with a Laptop and a Turbo C compiler. Usage of C++ and Java is not allowed in this round. The candidate has to solve 5 programming questions in 75 minutes. The questions in this round are mostly from Data Structures, String Manipulation, and Arrays.

Zoho Advanced Coding Round

The questions are generally from Advanced Programming Concepts. The candidate is also given the freedom to choose the programming language (C, C++, Java) that he/she would use in this round. The candidate should solve one problem in 3 hours. The problem/ question would be from Advanced Algorithms and System Design Problems like Railway Reservation System, Mail Server, etc.

The examiners generally check for the logic you’ve used to solve the problem, rather than the syntax. Even though it is better is concentrate on the syntax, it is advisable to concentrate more on the logic. Give a brief explanation for the logic you’ve used.

Zoho Technical Interview

The fourth round of the Zoho Recruitment Process is the technical interview. In this interview, questions from Sorting, Hashing, JVM, OS, DBMS, and OOPS will be asked. This round will test the candidates’ strength in basics.

Employees hired for the package of 4.75 LPA are getting upgraded to 6.58 LPA after probation ends or sometimes after the end of one year (But this is unsaid rule and is not guaranteed but most of the times it happens).

1) If a candidate has attended an interview within the past 6 months from the date of new application, then he/ she is not eligible to apply for the interview.

2) If a candidate has been rejected by Zoho in an interview, then the candidate is not eligible to apply again for 6 months after the interview.

3) If for some reason Zoho terminates the candidate’s application for Zoho Recruitment Process, then the candidate is not eligible to apply.

4) If for any reason a candidate after applying in Zoho Recruitment Process misses the opportunity to give the interview then the candidate has the right to apply again and can attend the selection process.
