About Wipro’s WIMS Program
Wipro’s Work Integrated Learning Program (WIMS) is a unique initiative designed to train fresh graduates in Infrastructure Management Services (IMS). This program, offered by Wipro’s Global Infrastructure Services (GIS), provides hands-on experience in IT System Engineering and practical exposure to IMS.

Eligibility Criteria for Wipro Off-Campus Drive 2024
Degree & Branch
- Eligible Degrees: B.Sc (CS, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, Physics), BCA.
- Not Eligible: B.E, B.Tech, MCA, MBA, Diploma, B.Pharm, B.Com, M.Sc.
Academic Requirements
- Minimum 60% in 10th and 12th standard.
- Minimum 65% in graduation.
- Core Mathematics is mandatory in 12th and graduation (Business Mathematics & Applied Mathematics are not accepted).
- No active backlogs at the time of application.
- 0-6 months of work experience.
- Candidates who attended a Wipro drive in the last 6 months are not eligible.
Passing Year & Education Gap
- Only 2024 graduates are eligible.
- Maximum 3-year education gap is allowed.
Selection Process – Wipro Off-Campus Drive 2024
The recruitment process consists of three rounds:

Job Role & Responsibilities
While pursuing the WIMS program, freshers will gain hands-on experience with computer applications and Infrastructure Management Services.
Salary & Stipend Structure
During the training period, candidates will receive a stipend based on their academic year:
- 1st Year: ₹14,150 per month
- 2nd Year: ₹16,760 per month
- 3rd Year: ₹19,910 per month
- 4th Year: ₹23,000 per month
Upon completion, candidates move to the B2 salary band, with packages ranging from ₹4.5 – ₹10 LPA.
Training Agreement
Candidates must sign a 60-month training agreement upon joining. Breaching the agreement will have consequences.
