Salaries of campus recruiters have remained stagnant over the years. But, with the revised hiring pattern and skill set requirement, these IT firms have also made efforts to increase them.
TCS and Wipro have increased annual fresher salary by Rs 30,000. Similarly, Infosys has also offered a revised compensation of 3.6 LPA to its fresh hires.
